- Minimum work experience: 5+ years of work experience in IT
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce – Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Minimum 3 completed Salesforce Certification
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Completed tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or Information Systems
- Ideally a minimum of 3 SF certifications
